We are in the stretch of winter between the excitement and busyness of the holidays and the start of spring. For me they can be long days, especially with night coming early and weather that may be less inviting. Baking cakes is a perfect hobby for these times and everyone is happy to see a cake cooling in the kitchen!
I’ve collected up some of the cakes I love to bake into a single post to share with you. Hopefully it will inspire you to do some baking too!
